Default Violent Steering Vibration

Hello all, Ive recently installed new wheels and tires and now have a violent steering wheel vibration/ shake. The wheels are Touren TR6 18x8 on front and 19x9.5 on the rear (Thanks to BillF for the idea). I paired them with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 235/40R18 up front, 285/35R19 in the rear. The wheels were balanced on a certified machine and mounted then taken for an alignment. During a test drive the steering wheel vibrates/ shakes violently, it increases in intensity the faster I go. I went today and had the wheels/tires road force balanced, that also did not solve the issue. I am a GA Certified Law Enforcement Officer and have never been as frightened in a car as I have this one right now. So now Im irritated and have exhausted all my ideas. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.
