You can market it as "used" and then you aren't bound by that policy. This year I saw a set of golf clubs advertised as "used once" for $400 under MSRP. I bought them and to my surprise brand new clubs arrived at my door. I contacted the manufacturer to confirm the clubs were authentic, and they were. Aparantly the seller buys so many golf clubs they get a crazy discount and only makes a small margin on each set.
