I have been trying to figure out where the part is located for days...I've opened mostly everything on both the passenger and drivers side, and still wasn't able to figure out where if is located...if anyone could please explain where it is I would appreciate it...is it on the drivers side or passengers side? I even looked at the instructions and couldn't figure out what "lower instrumental panel is"? Thank you
