Apparently the Carlisle Events Group organizers lost touch with the economy, since they increased the entrance fee, from $40.00 to $55.00 which represents an almost 40% increase in the registration cost.

There was some fallout last year at the Chevrolet event, when a Camaro club pulled out of the event that had approximately 400-500 cars that did not attend.

The increase is not a deal breaker, but it appears to be a bit much.
