Cannards
I have an idea that might benefit you track guys. I am engineering some cannards for the front of the XF, a larger one and a small one, they could be used individually or in tandem. I will make a mockup from wood first to see how they look. Would anyone have an idea on how to measure the downforce that would be generated on the front of the car? They will have a reverse wing configuration and should develope a good bit of downforce, that would help keep the front glued to the track. I'll post a picture when I get the mockup done, probably after the new year.
