I finally kicked back and started studying the manuals. Very good details in there on TS things such as the SC. I pulled the RCM and discovered the relay that controls the air pump is defective. When that relay picks-up the contact that the wiper would mate with is no longer there...vaporized. I am surprised F4 (40 amp fuse) was not blown. The air pump motor is probably faulty, haven't got there yet.
Yes I know the SC is not kicking on mainly because I don't hear the whirl noise, the car is quick without it. It's kinda like being catapulted off an aircraft carrier when it kicks in.
What I originally was asking, not very clearly, was info such as SC on = coolant temp ok + intake air temp ok + manifold pressure ok + etc...You probably would have to speak German in get that info.

1. Not in Park, Reverse or Neutral
