yes, if you don't educate yourself on maintenance of these cars, the dealers will bankrupt you and never be any closer to fixing it for you. They are voltage sensitive and a spike here or there, or a corroded fastener here or there will cause a fault code. So, if you can't do the maintenance or know of a good shop that can...you are kind of screwed...throw the problem out there and we will all see if we can help
