Not sure of who is asking what, but have stated already that the one I had was already sold.

In regards to any duties or tariffs, the seller has no control over that. If a seller lists a value less than the sale price, it is illegal, and it can be traced back to the sellers transaction account. Besides if lost or damaged in shipping, the buyer would want full reimbursement, but the shipper would only cover the listed amount, but it would be expected that the seller would cover the full amount.
