After sticking the 235 40 on the wilhelms you "should" have plenty of room (no experience other than the stocks and you know the rest) but from calcs vs mine you should have a good pinky + of space. Spacer could go on for looks though depending on how low you plan to go. If you bump up to 235 you still have more clearance than I do, I would say you're safe but I won't refund your 1K
