Remove the plastic cover ( tray ), loooong extension 10mm socket for the plastic nuts and inspect all the connections to the pump and the filter.
Most likely dry-rot hose at a connection.

( you can usually release those OEM hose clamps with a tiny screw driver at each side of the clamp where it hooks )
