Correct, spacers won't be required on the rear but without them the rear of the car will look strange. The wheel will be nearly an inch further in. This won't really impact drivability but it certainly has adverse effects on aesthetics...
I thought the stock rear offset is around 24. If that's the case, a 35 offset would cause the wheel to move inward an extra 1/2", as 25mm equals 1 inch (so 12.5mm is 1/2"). Not trying to get your blood pressure up, I promise.
