I think 290 hp would be easily good for 13s. I have no cai, no larger tb, no tune...only true duals, rear cat delete debaffled and deburred intake, k&n and was running mid to low 14s with a best of 14.2. Just installed lighter wheels and could feel a difference from them too, but havent gone to the track to back it up. I am going the budget route so may do a DIY CAI, buy larger TB, and Eurotune soon. Would like to try underdrive pullies too but they are a little pricey and unsure if price to power gained will be worth it. All info in the search bar that you could ever need.
