Well I thought about the pulley save kit, but how could I tell if just replacing the tensioner pulley would work instead of the whole tensioner assembly?
There was no noise before so it makes sense to me the pulley bearing wouldn't go out all of a sudden, but with a new belt and different tension, maybe the tensioner spring is jumping around causing noise.
What do you think?
BTW, the Needswings belt is a direct factory replacement right? So it should be causing more tension if anything. Accept now there is a smaller SC pulley so maybe not enough tension
