Dont guess, get an eyeball on the belts and see if they are in alignment. Could be pulley related and yes wobble can be an issue, should be zero up to about 1/16 th " on the high side. Pulleys can be wrong, see my 181 pulley photo for reference of this. Woody Enjoy
