Default Re: Stuttering between 1500-2000 Fuel pump?

I have a "stutter" in mine as well. It is very noticeable if you are flat cruising under light throttle and hit a bump. After the bump it will feel like it slightly misfires for a couple seconds then is back to normal. If you floor it during the stutter it takes off like nothing is wrong. One time it had a big misfire/ stutter and the check engine light flashed for a second then went out and was fine for the rest of the drive. There aren't any stored codes. Is this similar to your problem Minster?

Mine is a N/A 6 speed with 82000 miles. It has a new CPS (not a Bosch, however). I have not inspected the RCM yet, but that will come while it's down for the winter. What would be a likely culprit? Fuel filter, Bad RCM solder joint, ....?
