I have a 2004 Limited. It has the heated nozzles but not the hoses. Interestingly the electrical connectors were unplugged. I thought my nozzles were plugged up too but discovered if they are too far out of adjustment that they will not squirt. Use a pick or really small metal rod to adjust the nozzle, mine were stuck at first but moved easily after I broke them loose. don't put the pick in too far as you will not be able to adjust the nozzle.
