I say go for it. It is as easy as any other front brake pad replacement, nothing tricky here.
When I say it was noticeably less dust, that is an understatement.
I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it myself.
I don't think that is because the rotex are that clean, it is because the factory ones are that dirty.
