Nope... They're like $80 and come with new brake sensors, which if bought from your dealer separately would add about $7... I think what you're looking for are LOW DUST pads... Any ceramic pad will be considered low dust... Don't get me wrong, Rotex is a good one as well...

And since the Akebono pads come with their own sensors, you won't have to drill a hole...
