There is a masive differnce i also have the eurocharged tune and the sprint booster , when i turn the sprint booster off my car feels so slugish and slow to accelerate, sure the tune does help from stock and it does gain horses but tbh i could not really feel any differnce when i left the shop from getting it tuned.

my advise would be to buy both when you can afford it. but if you want to notice anything get the sprint booster installed first then it will be a little sweeter once getting the euro tune done. dont forget the NW intakes =) and your set!
