If the receivers go in Tighed will have to show up and claim ownership of the car before he can get his hands on it. The car may be sitting on the lot in the sun like others were reported to be. After all this time damage to the car can be expected. If Tighed misses any notices of bankruptcy the car will be deemed abandoned and sold as assets to pay of secured creditors, I am sure US and Canadian laws are similar in many respects.
It's a long way to pick up a non drivable car and have it transported back to Arizona from Texas.
Just a thought, but couldn't tighed1 send a voluntary forum member in San Antonio a 'power of attorney' letter that would allow them to pick up the car for him before the foreclosure jackals devoured it ?
He could then arrange transport or repairs to make it driveable at a later date.
