Go Bosch or walk home.

Some of these cheaper sensors are crap and have failed to work out of the box.

Camshaft Position Sensor.
Bosch #0 232 103 037 (same as the OEM part)
2000 Mercedes ML320 Cam Position Sensor 0 232 103 037
