As far as routing through the bulkhead, just follow the rest of the wiring. Plenty of space in there for more cabling. I have a sirius cable, a fat Monster RCA cable, 8ga power wire and remote turn on wire running through the opening and there is plenty of room for more.
i assume the roadster is a bit different, but i chose to run everything EXCEPT the power wire for the amp under the center counsel as you mentioned, but now that im at the wall behind the seats with the leather map pocket and umbrella hooks, I havent figured out how im going to get them in the hatch so right now they are just draped over the wall (very unattractive). Anyone have a suggestion on how to get it into the hatch near the center counsel armrest? perhaps under the carpet??

I chose not to do the power wire this way as i dont want to worry about any interference issues and have to pull apart the counsel AGAIN.
