His name is not cleared yet. It took you how long to ask for your money back... And now "the check is in the mail"? It only took other forum members to send him nasty notes through Facebook, a moderator to threaten his account... Etc. of course it is worth giving your money back to clear his name. Will he do the same to the next guy? Or will it take another army to keep him honest? Probably will! So it will take lots of successful transactions and lots of happy customers before I would trust him. Trust is earned.
