Same thing happened to me. I was trying to use a 1/2" torque wrench reduced down to 1/4" drive ( rookie mistake), ordered the mani bolts from Rob, installed them and really like them, they came with lock washers.

I have an OEM set too minus one middle length mani bolt of course.
