The pre cat ones are all over the shop, jumping around between 0.15 and 0.7V, whereas the post cat ones are showing 0.7 and 0.65 for Bank 1 and 2 respectively, with very little (+/-0.05) variation. Interesting the difference between banks too.
The fault is coming up from the pre cat ones, and I suspect it might be back again after clearing the codes when I check in a few days.

Will wait and see.

OK - deleted codes and renewed service counter.
Will check later in the week.

Well 8months on I finally reran carsoft (attached) it seems I might definetly change my front O2 sensors? Thoughts?
BTW if you're wondering how I got the carsoft into pdf - I did screen grabs and photoshopped them 2gether - then printed the file by pasting it into Excel.

I mean this 70kPa drop is occuring from the point of measurement (manifold) to the inlet of the air intakes.....far too much!

I recall manifold pressures should usually be around 5kPa below atmospheric or 96kPaA.
The 160kPaA seems more realistic for 2500rpm - or 9psi.

Double checked this - sure enough its sitting around 30kPa at idle-Park....way low man!
Sure enough foot on the gas and wind her out and I got up to 195kPa.a = 13.6psi at around 5000rpm...still with the laptop on realtime data - so one eye on the road - one eye on the laptop.

Arduino microcontroller - WIP.....but it will have 79 IO (analogue+ digital), usb slot and potential gps + output IO for tricky stuff.

BTW I read that maybe the crossfire guys have trouble running carsoft due to the Mopar thing...if you dont - have a look at God_Likes_Tebow's post here.....I've added some links for a D630+MB StarDiagnose setup.
