Set up my recall appointment first of morning so my husband could wait for the car. Unfortunately, the Crossfire technician had a doctor's appointment and did not get in until 12 noon. Needless to say, my husband had to leave as he is a 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. shift guy. Needed to get some rest.

He was provided with a Sebring that stunk like an ashtray!

Prior rentals were a gutless Sebring when I took my car back in for a "wheel & tire swap" when I first got it. They scratched the rims on the car, so back it went for another replacement set. My husband got a convertible PT cruiser that time. I'm sure the salesman demanded this since the service team screwed up my rims by sending the car the quick change team rather than to the Crossfire tech.
