Went down this road several years ago. They just do not care. Went to several before I gave up the cause. I found an independant MB/BMW shop in my town that loves to work on the crossfire. First time I had it in there it stopped work for about 20 minutes with all the mechanics looking at the AMG engine. Try to find an independant MB shop. The owner will probably have gone through MB training and schools.
