This headlight clouding needs to be addressed. It's c;early a safety issue. The iidea that if they "light" they "work" is asinine. If the windshield wipers move across the windshield are they working? Inspections miss the "function" from the form, fit and function. Inspections will put a guage on my windows tint. The same should be
utilized on headlights.

Stations will make money refinishing headlights.Dirvers will get pissed. Eventually auto manufactures will get the message and go to glass or a better material. A;though this may need additional regulation.
