OK, bad news, the fuel rain inlet fitting is definitely NOTa Komatsu dash 6.

According to the Parker fittings catalog linked above, the Komatsu dash 6 should have M18x1.5 threads. The fuel rail fitting has M14 threads. That would be a Komatsu -4, except the threads are backwards. Look at the pic below. The Komatsu male flare has male threads, and the female flare has female threads. The fuel rail has a female flare, but male threads, and the hose has the male flare, but female threads.

This is a SLK32 AMG, but I would be surprised if the SRT6 would be different. I would be surprised if the fuel rail was different between the supercharged and NA engines also.
