The resevoir is the same for both. Bleeding the slave cylinder is a PITA so whatever you do, try that last.
A tip I was taught on the R6 forum is to fully depress the pedal (or lever in a bikes case) overnight. It compresses the fluid together towards the bottom and forces the air the only way it can go, up the line rather than down. It worked on my dad's F250 for the clutch rather than bleeding it. So I would take a big rock or shovel handle or something and somehow depress the pedals. Worth a shot in my opinion.
