I wouldn't advise up-rating bulbs to 100 watt (or beyond) - it's not legal for road use, show or off road rally or track events only - as at 100 watts per lamp the load is increasing 80+% and suspect that this will be outside cable rating the standard bulb housing will probably melt from the extra heat and if it does catch fire (a distinct possibility) just think about insurance aspects too!

I changed the bulbs to the latest Phillips 55W and they are way better than the standard issue.

I also think that someones idea of a tardy dipping oncoming car to be subjected to a full beam 200W + dip of 200W as suggested to give arc eye is irresponsible too IMHO
