I've contacted eBay to report the seller. I declined the request to cancel the purchase and contacted the vendor to no avail. The seller returned my $ and ebay closed the case apparently the purchase doesn't exist, just a closed case for a cancelled purchase I have left negative feedback. This happened to me before on a second chance offer. Seller cancelled the transaction and returned my $, I complained to eBay and they sent me $10 in eBay bucks, not worth the 2 hours on the phone!
