When I had my car hooked up to the chrysler version of this (English) and got to play around, there were many things I wanted to modify, and found them in the tool, such as spoiler extension speed, but they were not able to be changed. Not sure if it is because I was not in developer mode, but other things worked as planned. I do not know much about that side of it, but I would have thought this very expensive ($10,000+) Chrysler tool would have been able to...
