Rudy had a post where he describes the deletion of the wire to the light. Did it years ago and never looked back. Its too much government in you tire for me. I use the stem to fill the tire and dont have caps on the stem as I check the pressures and do not choose to rely on the :sensor".

Pulling the wire is simple and if someone wants they can switch it back easily. WOODY
