The stock CDI is rated @ 41bhp. Most ppl go for the 20hp remap which brings it up to around 60bhp @ the rear wheels. From what I'v been told, there's a Smart shop in BC, Canada, where you mail your ECU. It's shipped back to you with 100hp @ the rear wheels. I dont know the torque values but generally speaking, diesel engines torque numbers are near double the bhp numbers
