Default Re: Sprint Booster or Eurocharged Tune?

Heres the best honest opinion ur gonna find on this forum about the EuroTune. I just recently purchased the EuroTune for my n/a last week. I informed them of my current mods (K&N stock replacements, muffler delete, removed baffles in MAF elbow, 74mm throttle body, and a 74mm MAF). I turned the key and hit the streets right after the flash.right away she had a veey rough idle and the car ran worse than srock. My immediate reaction was 'where the heck is the performance change that justifies a price tag of $300?" I asked Jerry what was up and he said their tunes dont support bigger MAF! I said ok (in disbelief) and put my stock 68mm MAF back on and she smoothed out at idle and ran smoother as well. So about 2 more days go by and i did however notice an increase of power from 3rd gear and above (at higher rpms). Then the check engine light comes on. 2 codes- "bank 1 too lean" and "bank 2 too lean". I contacted Jerry himself via email and told him about the problem and he said he has no control over fuel at idle. $300 at a glance for a tune looks great! Until u are hit with all the things that CANT be tweaked. So i my honest opinion, they should cut their tune price in half for the crossfires. I am far from a tune guy and im becoming more mechanically inclined each day, but isnt that wut a tune consists of is adjusting the air/fuel ratio? More air+more fuel=power.
