It seems pointless comparing one car with a 3.2 supercharger and another with a 5.5 litre engine.

No suprise therefore that R171 is quicker, probably sounds a lot better and has more equipment as it is newer.

However, in terms of looks, one cannot get away from the fact it has a "cyril sneer" front end and is really a car for "ladies that lunch"
