I would check out :::: Shift Style :::: Home for your boot. I sent them mine, along with Mikein orange, so they have the template. They are very reasonably priced, very well made out of authentic materials, and you can go as custom or OEM as you like.

This was my first one, done in alcantara. The one in my car now is done in two tone dark and light grey leather to match my interior with contrasting triple dark/light stitching. Looks very good IMO...
