The eclipse is quick but the torque steer gets old.. front wheel drive just isn't as fun.. and there aren't really a lot of after market parts for it, surprisingly. I had a Galant Ralliart, same engine and drive train.
The 350 is a nice car with a lot of aftermarket support but they are so common, you'll never stand out from the crowd.. and I believe a n/a Crossfire with the basic bolt ons would be able to hang with the 350 easy.
If you're shopping automatics, I would definitely say find a SRT6.. rare, powerful and with a few mods you're keeping up with exotics.. there's always so much more potential with factory boosted cars.. all of the other options you've listed are naturally aspirated
