It’s not going well; I’m having gear-head remorse.
I broke a couple of the plastic latches on the OEM tubes getting them apart and I was trying to keep all that stuff perfect so I could bring it back to OEM if I wanted to. And what about those plastic bushings that goes through the radiator wall? I barely got the passenger one out and it would appear I have to take the bumper off to get the driver one off, is that true? Now I have to figure out how to get the front bracket extensions made for the air box’s.
The E55 Y where it attaches to the throttle body has one of the tabs broken off so I will have to buy one of those and do I need the buy the E55 rubber ring that goes between the Y and the throttle body or can I use the OEM one?
Man, this need for speed is killing me!
