RCM has nowt to do with the heater issue, that sounds like the resistor on the back of the switch.
Looking at your problems I see that UKken said he was going to PM you with a solution, did he help you at all?
Please put all your heating problems here in one spot and explain them clearly as possible. Start at the beginning.
