Thanks for the PM Justin, and i'm really hoping you get this sorted, as others have said have a really good look for water ingress, pull out the mats and also maybe dig down under the insulation in the boot too, and try to get the error codes frrom the garage and post them up on here.

Unfortunately there are good and bad main dealers out there just like any other garage, but its the knowledge and experience of the guys doing the work that matters rather than the size of big illuminated Chrysler sign outside, but having said that with the training they are supposed to have and the equipment they have at their fingertips you should expect a main dealer to be able to bottom it out for you, especially at the prices they charge!!
