Unfortunately, there isn't really a cheap way to lower this car. I agree that it needs to be lower for sure..

You're looking at the cost of the springs, plus camber adjustment up front ($60 at minimum for bolts) and rear ($200-$400 depending), plus installation if you have to pay a shop ($300+ at least), plus an alignment..
