Yep - remove floor mat then pull back carpet, then remove merc branded polystyrene (never seen branded polystyrene before) – makes you smile though. Remove the two screws and the tray containing the factory amp is out. BTW the factory amp rocks (once you have replaced the cr**py factory head unit).
