Hi, I just dropped my 05 off for inspection today. I am assuming, if they do the right thing, they will replace the top. I've heard tell of some 2006 and 2007 with the problem that they have repaired. You have to keep on them. I was turned down by their robots at least 3 times. As a matter of fact, the same day they told me to take the car to the dealer they had sent me a turndown earlier in the day/ There is no rhyme or reason why they are not addressing a serious problem that is ultimately going to end up at their doorstep. I have helped another person with your situation and sent her all my e mails to Chrysler. I am a lawyer but have not practiced but I think some of thee hot buttons I pushed with them might have gotten the deal done.
