give aero a chance... if you read carefully, it states $10 for oil change not tip!
it takes a good mechanic only 10 minutes for the change... maybe 20 min for the XF.

AND it seems that aero had a fleet of vans maintained by the same mechanic... sometimes when you do business with some one for a long time... friendships develop and the act of tipping becomes insulting...
