Sounds like your alarm siren is on its way out. If charging the main battery doesn't fix the issue I would suggest you disconnect the siren which is under the cowl in front of the windshield. Do a search, there is a post from me where I took the siren apart and repaired it. Working from my phone so can't find you a link.
