I first saw this title I would say don't eat so much pizza....but then I read further and my thought is, maybe you have over filled the tank... just a thought, as most people try to get in that extra gallon in when you need to stop when it shuts off... There is an over flow tube at the top of your fill tube. Other than that, I wouldn't know as you stated there aren't any leaks at the pump or filter.
