Was this VHT?
If so did Max put them in the oven at 200°F, or were they cured on the car?
I have a set to do some time, I may do the plenums as well but I'm not sure of the color scheme yet.
VHT Black. 2 coats of VHT Engine Primer. Oven cured and the rattle-can directions followed. 3 coats, cross-hatched and add more, if needed after a few hours.
Takes a LONG time to dry-no touching.

Put old screws in the threaded holes. Chase threads when finished. (Don't ask).
