Apologies if I'm telling you how to suck eggs.....

722.6 Adaptive tranny reset procedure

To reset the adaptive settings of the 722.6 tranny
Put Key in ignition
Turn to position 2 so dash lights come on.
This is the one before the car starts.
Put foot on throttle all the way to WOT and ensure kickdown switch is engaged
Hold it there for 15 seconds
Turn the key to off but dont take the key out
Take foot off the throttle
Dont touch anything, door or anything
Wait three minutes
Then take the key out and replace and start

First 40 shifts are the key to the adaptive setup

For Power setup
make sure at least the first 40 are half throttle
3000-3500rpm

For Economy Setup
drive really slow for the first 40 shifts and try to keep all shifts under 2000rpm.
